No proof of solo most likely willfull surrender of an eye to stop masacre of clan danzo has 0 counters to shisuis dojutsu. Easily top 2 potntial and a shinobi admired by the solo king.

Gaara vs Tobirama is probably 50/50, in my opinion. Gai has no chance, and neither does Tsunade considering both have such a lackluster offense that's easily counteracted. Especially by Gaara's abilities which are so varied...

Tobirama's shunshin isn't great at all, all marks get submerged in sand and he can sand coffin Tobirama and create tsunami's which Tobirama cannot avoid nor can he hit Gaara who is airborn.

Gaara can fly he doesn't need to worry about fast moving opponants. Gaara sand speed > Part 1 yet another bs attempt to downplay Gaara. Gaara literally shits on Gai using 3rd eye along with his dome, if he tries to use Hirora Gaara can simply fly out of the way or block it.

tsunade is a joke along with her fans, she cannot hit a flying opponent nor can she plow through giant layers of sand that will overwhelm her.

But Tsunade is very durable, and can create shockwaves with her movements, and her durability will help her too kick ass, Gaara can really kill her.
