Upon noticing her opponent not so far away from her,Konan will start to stream a large mass of paper sheets directly into the ground below,causing them to surface directly beneath her and her opponent without him being able to notice it (works similar as (Kami no Shisha no Jutsu) Sacred Paper Emissary Jutsu). It will take exactly one turn for paper to position itself in formation of a blooming flower in which center will be her opponent. Paper which is forming blooming flower will span exactly 15 meters from center in every direction. As she starts to stream paper into the ground below she would take 3 kunai's and direct them in such a way that one of the kunai's will aim for just above Castiel,second one aiming for Castiel's nose and third one aiming for his neck.

has heard about this women, hasn't heard about her personally but about what she can do, she can manipulate paper....paper. Weird, but anyway Castiel notices Konan throw two kunai at him, so Castiel gathers up a small amount of meiton chakra and creates two small shields, each shield covers half of his body, so one is place protecting his hips and below, well the other one is protecting his stomach and upper body. [May I add the dark chakra is solid, as strong as earth. ;D] the kunai just simply get stopped by the shields knocking them on the ground. Castiel was surprised there was actually three of them, he didn't see the third one."Not to shabby"
As the shields disappear on Castiel's command, Castiel grabs his sword from his back, as that he does he sends his doton chakra into the blade of his sword, the doton chakra coats it and makes it into like a broadsword then Castiel swings his blade downwards releasing a dozen or so small shuriken, the shuriken approach Konan at a fast pace, if the shuriken manage to hit Konan, they will cut of your limbs.

Description:
The user coats the blade of whatever weapon their using with chakra-infused earth, making it resemble an oversized broadsword at the end. The user then slashes towards a target, sharp splinters of earth resembling sickles fly off the blade and towards the target. The sickles are extremely sharp, capable of severing off limbs and piercing trees. If the attack is at close range, the damage from the sickles increase exponentially.
Though sickles are the common practice, the user is able able to make the earth projectiles take the form of small kunai or shuriken. However, this is just a visual change and the damage will remain the same.

Noticing dozens of small shurikens heading towards her,Konan swiftly manipulating paper sheets from her body creates a wall of paper which is infused with her chakra in front of her defending herself from small shurikens.

As soon as she gets small earth shurikens out of her way,she starts to build up katon chakra inside of herself and releases a huge fireball which travels with great speed. Upon getting in contact with Castiel it would burst into a huge maelstrom of fire. As the fireball is sent,using paper which is on the ground below Castiel,she will start to manipulate it,wraping Castiel's body and then slowly starting to tighten it up,suffocating and crushing him.

Castiel notices around him, that Konan's paper technique from last turned formed, paper is everywhere, on the ground, everywhere. Castiel then seeing the fireball heading towards him, he quickly places he his on his back once more then he lifts up his left hand to reveal two diamonds on his hand, from there he starts to absorb Konan's fire technique though the bottom diamond, until there is nothing left and Castiel is unharmed.

Castiel then starts to feel the ground/paper below him start to move, he sightly got worried, so he swifty performs the snake seal and releases a large amount of water he does it in such a way that he releases the water directly right under him, stopping the movement of Konan's paper completely; the water completely fills the whole battlefield, so both Castiel and Konan are standing on about 5 meter deep water.
"Interesting. You are interesting."
From there Castiel grabs out about five or so kunai from his back pocket, he then sends his chakra into each of the kunai, doing this allows him to place them in the air, so they look like they are hovering Castiel places them down next to one another. He then sends them all towards Konan at once.

As Castiel releases the water on the battlefield and turns whole battlefield in ocean of water destroying Konan's paper which was till then equally distributed throughout whole battlefield Konan plan was destroyed. But there is a reason she is master of Paper ninjutsu and why she deserves to be called Paper Angel.

As soon as she could notice few kunais first levitating around Castiel and then flying with a great speed towards her,she starts to spin around while releasing paper sheets infused with chakra and creating a ring around herself which will upon getting in contact with kunais stop moving but still defend her from them.

As she gets kunais out of her way,she quickly starts to build up her suiton chakra after sending it directly underneath Castiel (with Castiel being in the core center of whirpool) and activating whirlpool which will start to suck anything which is inside of its range.

Upon saying those words she quickly turns her whole body in dozens and dozens of little paper sheets that she shapes into little paper planes which she scatters around whole battlefield while leaving her consciousness untouched.

She can control and reshape even parts of her body with sheets at will, making such forms as weapons for attack, streams of paper sheets to attack from a distance, butterflies or other seemingly "sentient" paper animals for spying or combat, paper airplanes for quick transport, or simply covering her enemy in sheets of paper, restricting and asphyxiating them. It was this technique that gave birth to her nickname "Angel" as she often shaped her body into sprouting 2 large wings from her back, which she used to fly and maneuver while airbourne. As her body turns to paper, she becomes very light, able to gently hover above ground on will. This paper is seemingly expendable, including parts of her body converted to paper; and how much paper she can expend depends on her chakra reserve. She can also hide explosive tags amongst her papers to add a deadly surprise to her attacks. Castiel sees how Konan counters his kunai.

From there, Castiel notices what seems to be a vortex/whirlpool thing started to form around him, Castiel knew he had to get out of it, so Castiel focus some doton chakra into the bottom of the ground near his, creating a large pillar that pushes him straight up and over the whirlpool height.
"Cheap tactics won't work."
Castiel then sees how Konan turns into many, many pieces of paper, seems like Konan has spread herself out around the battlefield. Now with that, Castiel gathers a large amount of wind chakra in his fingertips, he creates about 10 9 inch hummingbirds made out of wind, this small hummingbirds, circle around Castiel creating a barrier of sorts. Castiel is unsure what Konan has in mind, so he prepares himself.

Description: A simple jutsu used to combat against faster paced opponents, Shu's tempting breeze relies on the user to have faster moving opponents, who - once set off from their initial spot - can't control their speed and movement without effort. The user, upon seeing the opponent set off or prepare to set off would manipulate his chakra at the end of his finger tips (including thumbs) and extend multiple small birds which resemble hummingbirds in both looks and size (generally between 5-9 inches). The birds are made out of translucent wind which can be manipulated to fly around the user, creating a barrier of slicing wind, using their speed and sharpness of their beaks/wings to create the barrier, making it impossible for things to bypass them as they continue to intertwine with each other. The user would be able to manipulate the wind made hummingbirds, allowing him to not only create the barrier but also manipulate the birds to fly outwards and perform coordinated attacks which are extremely hard to evade and having the power to slice the opponents skin or even just pierce through their body. Although a simple move to counter, when used against faster moving opponents, the natural 'colour' of wind and the girth of the hummingbirds allows them to be extremely hard to see for an opponent moving at fast speeds. Moreover, as a Wind jutsu, the user can also change the nature of the technique so that rather than its slicing abilities, the hummingbirds madeof wind combine to provide a large blowing force which can be used to push back enemies and summons of various sizes within reason. The hummingbirds are generally fast flying birds, this allows them to keep up with faster opponents without trouble. This speed limit however, only goes up to the third gate. This special ability does not mean they are generally able to fly at that speed but they instead are able to merely have the ability to adjust their speed to match their opponent, when faced against opponents faster than their average speed which is generally equivalent to double of the average ninja.

Konan knowing that if she stays in Shikigami form she will be easy target for birds to destroy her paper as well as knowing that she has a great inability in not being able to use elemental techniques. She swiftly reforms her body short range from Castiel. As soon as she reforms her body she quickly upon building enough suiton chakra within her body releases into the water,directly underneath and behind Castiel. She molds her chakra with water which is behind Castiel creating like a spinning water tornado which she aims at Castiel's back.

Upon releasing small water tornado towards Castiel,she quickly starts to build up enormous amount of Katon chakra within her body while performing one hand seal. As she finishes performing that one hand seal she starts releasing highly concentrated jet of flames towards Castiel which will create evaporation between Castiel and Konan while going towards Castiel because getting in contact with surface layer of water. If jat of fire hits little birds that are around Castiel,it will destroy them and continue further.

Seeing Konan form back into one person, she forms herself back within short range of Castiel, Castiel found it rather odd she would form herself back, at such a close range, but that was no matter, Konan seemed to sightly in front of Castiel but also to the left of him, so he had to turn somewhat to see her [you didn't say where in short you were, so I just went wit it.] So Castiel turns to see you, with that turn Castiel saw the water below him start to form a weird thing, so Castiel knew how bad it could be for him to be there, so he gathers up a small amount of fuuton chakra in his right hand, and slams his hand right hand on the ground, where the unsettling water is, the wind from Castiel's right hand, and the water collide causing a neutral kind of stand off, cancelling one another out.

Being short range from one another, Konan releases a large stream of fire towards, so Castiel very quickly releases a large amount of dark chakra from himself, the dark chakra looks like blue flames, the flames are releases from Castiel's body in a 360 degree way doing this will eat up the chakra from the tiny birds Castiel made previous move, but he is okay with that. The fire kind of protects Castiel from the Konan fire stream, eating up the chakra from the fire, until there is nothing left, and then Castiel sends the dark release flames on towards you, if they manage to hit, they'll drain your chakra.
