He was blindfolded, trying to hit the watermelon...but since he was blindfolded, he couldn't tell where it was and he was going to try and smash where he THOUGHT it was, which happened to be where Sasuke was resting. Sakura's annoying ass decided that it was okay to pummel Naruto because he was way off the mark, and could have hurt her "precious" Sasuke.

Idk how you like her, she's a terrible character even in joke pages .
