When it comes to healing? I wouldnt say so. If there is better medic in this manga its Tsunade.

i like ino but she just have the basic

Karin is worst than medic ninja imo
She cant heal more than twice and her healing isn't that strong anyway .

Not to mention she only restore chakra and heal medium wounds (which almost every medic can do)

She only took time with naruto because she said she will give him 100% recovery naruto was out of stamnia (karin never healed 100% so cant compare )
