Made a theory a while back, that you may recall. I don't see the Rinnegan on Sasuke. As controversial as it is, I think that is reserved for Naruto as he represents Rikudou. Sasuke is a proud Uchiha with the most blessed eyes (No external factors like Senju DNA) and as such, with the most potential.

1. His Eien No Mangekyou will adhere to a new technique due to Itachi's affinity to controlling temporal properties in his Genjutsu; Tsukuyomi. Using Sasuke's mastery of the physical Mangekyou technique; Amaterasu, an affiliation towards a physical Tsukuyomi would come to play, and would be time manipulation in the purest sense of the word. Either this, or the Elder Son's eye would similar abilities.

2. Regaining the Curse Mark via Juugo giving his life to Sasuke (something of a merger). He'd be able to sustain it for longer periods of time quite easily and all his Enton and Susano'o techniques would be amplified both power and scale wise.

3. Perfect Susano'o (he has it) on Madara's scale or above that he is able to coat in Enton.

4. Enton techniques similar to what Hashirama developed with Mokuton. He could create say, a separate Enton Susano'o made entirely of Amaterasu flames and Sasuke would easily remotely control.

Combine all that to combat a theoretical Rikudou Naruto w/Rinnegan and you have a fight that puts Hashirama and Madara's fight to shame.​

To be honest even though I don't want Sasuke to get Rinnegan there's a large chance he may get it.

1.) CoAT - A possibility, since Sasuke's Mangekyou's eye design is similar to an atom - which is the basic unit of matter.

2.) Rinnegan - It's sorta foreshadowed he'll obtain it.

3.) Tsukuyomi v2 - Srta like Tsukuyomi but it targets reality. A mini reality warp if you will.

4.) Spiritual Weapons - Itachi had them - Sasuke took his eyes away. It's obvious.

5.) Perfect Susano'o - He already has it, but some still deny this fact.

It's honestly more foreshadowed that Naruto would get the Rinnegan because of the Rikudou parallel. Although, the final 3 you listed are either obvious or heavily possible (the physical application of Tsukuyomi like I said is similar to your proposition).​

I agree that he won't (at least I hope he doesn't) get the Rinnegan. Not sure about Naruto though; it wouldn't fit his combat style.

This would be an interesting ability. I'm also becoming more convinced that Senjutsu + EMS = ESD

Sasuke with Raiton cloak would be legit awesome. Raiton cloak + enton = holy shit... Enton blades with raiton channeled through it? Paralyzed while being burnt to death? Lmfao.
