You fail to realize that she only did that cause of Tobi and it took a ton of prep to set it all up, just cause she did that in her fight with him doesn't mean she'd do that for every other opponent she has to fight. So that wouldn't happen with Naruto cause he's not Tobi and he doesn't have Kamui.

konan could defeat jiraya with his sage mode Back times so Naruto Will not be a problem especially he lost kurama right now and I believe with her ability she can take down sasuke with high difficulties ..

She rated perfectly fine, she's only worth mentioning when she has all those paper bombs(prep) without that prep she's not even in the top 5 Akatsuki list.

. Konan's big explosion needs to be prepared and for a targeted field and since Naruto isn't going to be going to Rain village which is highly secured and only Jiraiya was shown to enter that attack wouldn't be an option. Plus Naruto can summon Gamabuta for a larger output of Oil

Then it's a good thing that that jutsu isn't even an option in the fight since it has to be prepared and Naruto wouldn't go after her in Rain village which is secured. Naruto can easily make a clone, jump off it's back then do it and again and he's out of the blast radius due to their high jumping feats. See, easy counter
