First off, Tobirama is a way better sensor, and has better reflexes. The other point you made are fair, but Gojō Kibaku Fuda seems to be pretty damaging as well.

In CQC, tobirama would just murder. He has reaction feats to tag Juubito during a bblitz, and par a MS user for years where he eventually beats said MS user.

Because of the edo, all tobirama needs to do is create multiple kage bushin, summon his Edo and spread the bushin out. The second Muu shows himself, tobirama teleports the edo to the nearest bushin and explodes it... Seeing as the size of the explosion is orders bigger than a large summoning, muu would be killed.

Tobirama stomps because of the edo. Muu's good, but tobirama easily takes this due to the fact that Muu's invisibility is a non-factor seeing as tobirama counters it with his sensing since muu needs to become visible to do anything...
