The reason why I believe MS obito wins: Kamui makes obito untouchable, minato has to throw his kunai in order to properly place his FTG seals. Obito can use his katon or shuriken & kunai spam in order to redirect minato's kunai, kamui can also allow obito to phase underground & away from the kunai altogether.

Minato has no answer for genjutsu, if he looks at obito's eyes then he's finished, minato now needs to avoid all eye contact while fighting which is a feat that only gai has shown us.

Uchiha kaenjin can be used to trap minato at any time & can be activated quickly, minato will be trapped unless he has a kunai on the outside of the barrier, but since minato's kunai possess chakra obito can spot the kunai out via sharingan & take care of them himself using katon.

Izanagi is 10 extra minutes of minato thinking that obito's dead, if obito seemingly falls to minato via rasengan or a kunai slash [both unlikely] then Izanagi would kick in & it would be a repeat of the hokage mountain scenario where obito grabbed minato but warped him in slowly, due to cockiness. Obito can warp faster than karin who is a confirmed sensor can sense, this proves that even a sensor like minato [who is not as good as karin] would not be able to react to a surprise attack from behind, thus ending in a kamui warp or stab through the heart.

RDS is obito's only problem but it can be avoided by warping to the kamui dimension, if that doesnt work then the match ends in a stalemate.

I believe obito takes this mid diff.

Wrong, he never shat on kamui, minato beat obito's strategy. This is easily avoided if obito changes that strategy. Kamui had minato on the ropes.

Katon can get redirected by s/t barrier but since minato is busy then that results in a kamui warp from behind, every time I bring up strategies you bring up the fact that minato beat an inexperienced obito.

Obito beats minato, he has no answer to genjutsu, izanagi, or a kamui warp from behind, use the kunai for deflection which can be taken care of with kamui.

Obito isnt running up to minato with his arms outstretched like last time, he will put minato on the defensive & attack from behind when there's an opening.

Konan's explosives went off for 10 minutes, obito avoided most of the explosion which lasts 10 minutes, then he appeared from behind.

I believe it can last for 10 minutes, however 5-10 minutes isnt a large margin anyways.
