Why is the animation of fillers...

Better than canon material like for example chikara arc the animation was just INCREDIBLE,but there are canon episode with amazing animation but the arc was 6 episodes every episode had amazing animation so can't they do that to canon episodes?

i still think the chikara episodes were supposed to be the movie of 2013 but for some reason they turned them into episodes. i mean think about it.. it was completely random and out of place. it kinda had its own soundtrack. completely new and awesome animation. a huge endboss and a new rasengan(mini bijuudama) as well as even ending credits... 6× approx. 18mins episodes = 1hour and 48min. movie.....

It supposed to be a movie and even if that wasn't the case they had said that it was to celebrate the 500th episode of naruto so they had to make it special.

Part of why I stopped watching after the Danzo vs Sasuke fight. Noticed a huge dip in animation quality for cannon material, especially compared to early Shippuden. It hasn't looked too bad from what I've seen from mid-war arc until now, but the fillers definitely have had better animation.
