How can narutos ma+pa being superior to jiraya's?

Because naruto has perfect Sage mode while jiriaya doesn't. Naruto already tried to merge with Ma and pa and he couldn't due to the kyuubi. Now he no longer has the kyuubi meaning ma and pa will merge with him.

Naruto improved his sennin mode drastically from pain arc.

He can go into sennin mode faster and sustain it longer.

Considering Naruto's over all growth and his growth in SM since this war has started I would place him within the top 15.

Guess we'll have to agree to disagree. I don't see him beating Gaara's style of fighting and he struggles tremendously against Ei for me. He only beat the 3rd Raikage due to intel from Hachibi and being able to react to his speed but Ei is faster than the 3rd.

That's what I'm saying, even SM Jiraiya puts up a great fight against SM Naruto because his arsenal is much more vast than Naruto's plus the fact that J-man has much more experience and intelligence than Naruto.

Jiraiya = Non perfected Sage mode.

naruto = Perfect Sage Mode.

naruto is still top 10 he still has KCM due he taking that chakra and can combine it with SM.

I believe he can make top 10. Naruto can go in to perfect SM, in which he would have unlimited SM. Meaning he will be able to spam RS + SM clones. Add to that all toad summonings. If anything after this chapter naruto without kurama is being underrated and bashed, mostly by sasuke fanboys.

Him not being able to react to Madara's shunshin made him drop a few places, he isn't DSM Kabuto who can react to Sasuke's arrows. He doesn't have the ability to summon ma or pa he's a solid top 16-20 maybe 15 but that's as far as he can go.
