Is naruto a top 10 material or just went to the top fodder 20?

This is the most probable scenario.

If I were to hazard a guess, I'd say SM Naruto is still Top 20, even the most primitive form of the aforementioned held their own against Pein quite nicely for a while.

SM naruto is quite formidable actually. He has drastically improved his sage mode during the war compared to the Pain arc.

He can now enter sage mode by himself easily and more faster than before. he can last a lot longer and Since he doesn't have the kyuubi inside him, he can merge with ma and pa.

I say hes top 10-15 easily.

I can't agree with that, SM Naruto is strong but he's got a lot of competition too. There's still DSM Kabuto, Itachi, Minato, Sasuke, Killer Bee, Tobirama, Nagato, Deidara, Killer Bee, Madara, Hashirama, Obito, Gaara, Kisame, Kakashi (debatable), Ohnoki (debatable), Orochimaru, 4th Raikage (debatable) and maybe more. That's just off the top of my head. I'd say he could beat more with Ma and Pa but he's never summoned them himself so he still struggles against a lot of strong fighters.
