Who is more evil? Orochimaru or Kakuzu?

I was discussing with Zexion~ about this, and he said that Kakuzu was a more malicious and nefarious character. I believe it's the exact opposite.

So; Who do you believe is a more sinister and evil character? The bounty hunter or the corrupted Sannin?

I think that Orochimaru is more evil. Kakuzu killed for money, so without money I doubt he will kill someone because of bloodlust. But Orochimaru had evil intentions since Part1 and also killed way more people than Kakuzu did. Sasuke stated that Orochimaru disgusts him:erm:

Well I know there's absolutely nothing to suggest that, and you saying he did or did not is irrelevant.

Yeah, killing a bunch of fully grown monks capable of defending themselves is bad, but kidnapping 60 weak, defenseless babies and subjecting them fatal experimentation, is evil.
