nah, that makes no sense, that would make him the STRONGEST in the OP verse, he can solo a whole battlefield while eating noodles in his house....

Kuzan - Freezing a double Tsunami and ocean
Sakazuki - Soloing everyone in a bay with one technique
Borsalino - Destroying a mangrove on Sabaody (a few KM away) with one kick

You have to love how everyone knows what conquerors haki can and cannot do.I mean, we have only seen a few people used it and they were definitely the strongest character in the series, Luffy, Doflamingo, an a old Rayleigh.We all know the full extent of Conquerors Haki.Also, Sabo isn't well known because he was assumed dead before the last few chapters.It's not like he could have been using a different name in the Revolutionary army are something,I mean, everyone knows everything about every person in the Revolutionary Army;things like real and full names like everyone knew Dragon name was Monkey D. I actually think it might have been conqueror's Haki since there was only one person left that wasn't unconscious. I also believe the reason Sabo said he heard rumors of it was due to the person who used it. For instance Sabo had heard rumors of the person using conqueror's haki.

A small troll lyk part of me hopes the tech isnt HH and its Coby using some on the mode soru coz one of those conversation bubbles said "everyone went down 1 after the other", and as far as I know such a small group of pple wld go down almost at once if its HH so u just might b maybe right. The Sabo Ive head rumours about it part though points to it being a technique of sorts or a df ability and the person at this point can b anyone and from any org, Yonko mate or WB pirate or Coby as I said above or a even some charector from chapters long back.
