True since they have the spiritual power of the sage so theyd be able to mannifest it with training. And they excel at genjutsu since they have it. Yinton. And theyd certainly excel in all sorts of ninjutsu since they have the chakra of the sage. So they are still top tier. Madara was very powerfuo even without hs sharing he killed many senju according to hashiramas dad. So its only natural for sasuke to excel since he issupposed to surpass madara.
