i dont think you could say he is weak now ..... yes .... he is exhausted .... who would not be after days of fighting and extracting a bijuu .... , but you dont know if he still have KCM, how fast he is now, or how long is he able to sustain sage mode, or if he is able to fuse with 2 frog sages ....

and even if he is weak now ... he could get some power up or he could win just by his personality ... coz he is main character at last .....

the point of comparing who would win in duel of naruto vs sasuke is pointless due to fact that their "power" changes in every chapter ...
