Do you think chakra elements have anything to do with the persons personality like fire with anger water with calmness something like that

I doubt it. Clans as a whole have been known to share elements, there's no chance of them all sharing personalities.

I don't think so, because there are exceptions to this idea. Here we have Hiruzen Sarutobi, who came from a clan which specializes in Katon, but he's a calm fellow. I can see Raiton being paired with "brashness and quickness to act", but then we have Darui who is reserved and rational.

good point but what about the second element they learn can they chose or do they have to have the ability within them and if they have the ability shouldnt that mean it something specific to them

yes but some clans have member with very similar traits like the uchiha and their cycle of hatred and revenge

Not really. For example: Tobirama uses Suiton and can be calm, but easily angered. Itachi uses Katon, but is calm almost all the time.

The wind can be calm and gentle but when you heat it up it turns into a hurricane
Water can be calm to but easily turns into a wave

Sakura is a yin element, because she originally a genjutsu type, she is smart,...like her element idk

Many Naruto characters have elements that match their Zodiac signs' elements.

For example: Naruto is Libra = wind, Deidara is Taurus = Earth, Sasuke is Leo = fire (there's no lightning in Zodiac).

Also, Kisame is Pisces (fish) and Sasori is Scorpio (scorpion). So there's that.
