[Discussion] What made zaraki kenpachi so powerful

Well we all know almost all bleach character and where their strength come from.
Example:
Ichigo is strong due to his unique hybrid hollow+Quincy+shinigami 3 in 1.
Aizen because he know how to use hogyoku well.
Juha Bach due to his thousand years of pure Quincy ability mastering.
And else.

The only mystery left is kenpachi. How come he got so strong. Where his power come from? Even to be able beat down former kenpachi yoruchi when he still a kid in zaraki place.
Who is his parent ? Hollow? Shinigami? Or Quincy?
Even his Zanpatou is stolen from other death shinigami.
Could he be the next badass boss after juha Bach act?

I think it's something like talent, plus hardwork, and most likely something to do with making a dead guy's zanpakuto merge/evolve into his own.*

Edit: *maybe similar to having an extra soul (from dead shinigami) and pouring his own soul into his newly acquired zanpakuto over the years as he got stronger.

He was just the chosen one. He wasn't even a shinigamo at first. He's life is a lot like zabuza momochi. Young boy walks in and kills everyone n everything.

He just liked fighting more than anyone else . And he allways had to test his strenght by beating absolutly everyone.

I dont think there is anything more to it than just pure fighting genius/monster .

Lol. Zaraki nvr been hardworking before. But in opposite of it he suppress his strength at the most to fit other who is weaker than him. All he do when free time is nap and decorating his hairstyle. About talent... Could be. But talent is skill or tech mastery,. All he got is kendou .......... And... Raw spiritual energy/ babarian power... Does this sound like talent?

For me... It's more like he is born with that power. Like superman daddy born superman. So superman have superman power... But who the hell is zaraki dad????

you're right, I mean't hardworking as in pure survival. I think in the manga it said that he grew up alone or something, and had to scavenge to survive. The reason why/how he find/took the zanpukto off the dead guy for his own he wasn't born a shinigami or was trained to learn how to spiritualize his soul into a sword. He frequently used the sword until it's soul synced with his or vice versa however it works. Hopefully we'll see Zaraki's inner soul's appearance. Maybe it could be 2 souls similar to Ichigos. (probly not) Hopefully we'll see soon during the war
