While I didn't have an issue with you deciding to not include Minato's FTG I gotta say this really doesn't make any sense. Naruto copied the shadow clone jutsu from a scroll that we later learned was a jutsu tobirama developed. It's the exact same situation as FTG.
So if you are going to count shadow clones (which eliminates just about all ninja in existence right there) then you have to include FTG, because either way you look at it, Minato had to teach himself how to use that move and he even made it better. There's nothing borrowed about that.
That was meant for the other guy but you have a point. The key difference is that naruto took that scroll back from a thief and had to learn how to use it, he was useless with them to begin with , minato had access to all the scrolls in konoha and was given access to use them. I guess if I'm going to an even extreme level then shadow clones should jot be included but the thing is ninjas are taught shadow clones as kids whereas ftg only tobirama knew so potato pottato , I'm not sure on this I'll let you decide.
