Minato didn't solo the fox, the village did with the 3rd hokage.

Minato soled and owned obito and just obito. He and scarifced himself with kusina against the fox you remember the chians to hold the fox?

As for the most impressive solo attempt without hasihrama dna and other bull crap, goes to jiraiya trying to stop Nagato.

still the hardest scanerio ive seen from all the battle fields so far, in nagato's home turf and jiraiya didn't know at all what he was walking into. And managed to kill 3 pains and took one back to konoha.

Tailed Beasts are manifestation of chakra so they can't be killed. they can only be controlled or sealed in a vessel. Minato did that on his free will and secured his goal of averting future trouble by the masked man.
Minato had choise of sealing kyubi inside kushina but he chose to seal half kyubi inside him and rest in naruto.

Ma summoned naruto and all the frogs, toads sages were assisting him out off free will. Hinata was there saving him, Kyuubi raged and did most job, minato came over and dealt with kurama, then naruto is back to SM vs already weakened Deva.
Nagato meanwhile was already weakened fighting konoha and when naruto engaged Deva was out of duty due to Chou ST, not to ****ing mention he had all the info provided.

Only thing soloed here was my BS meter.

Lol no. Kyuubi was his own entity until naruto got KCM, he couldnt control it in any shape or form, it was plot convenience as much as minato coming by, toads that naruto didnt summon helped taking down few corpses too.

what he couls have done is not on debate, whats on debate is what actually happened , sorry to be blunt.

If don't recongise the help from kushina your miss your missing aspects of the story that shaped why kushina was wanted by the cloud village and other key facts that I have no time to go into.

The fact of the matter Is that minato dealt with obtio solo not the fox. hasihrama did that against madara not minato.
