Itachi doesn't really need to use Susanoo to offensively kill him.. if I remember correctly Sasuke was even capable of "killing" Danzo with shuriken. Itachi would probably need to use susanoo for defense from what I see.
Anyways team 1 most likely wins because Sasuke might finish bee with before Itachi and danzo finish their fight and sasuke will aid danzo in the eventual defeat of Itachi.

Amatearsu isn't ending anyone here, not only can B feint out of it using the same method previously used to escape Amaterasu, Itachi will notice that he is building up chakra in his eye for Amaterasu and will be able to protect B by blocking him from Sasuke's LoS using Susanoo.

Itachi doesn't need to spam Susanoo to beat Danzo when Izanami is already a hard counter to Izanagi.

Team mid diff. Bee solos Sasuke, then proceeds to help Itachi against Danzo.

Depending on who face who it can go either way buh I would favour itachi's team more.

Itachi and Bee win mid difficulty.

If Killer Bee goes in bijuu mode, he can use his tails to protect himself and then have Itachi slice the tails or Bee can simply remove those tails just like the Juubi removed a part of skin. Either way the end result is that Sasuke will have wasted amaterasu and suffering from some back lash while Killer Bee loses 1 of 8 tentacles.

Not to mention that Itachi can counter Sasuke's amaterasu by extinguishing it using his MS. Danzo's fuuton aren't a threat unless Baku gets summoned but Baku gets killed off easily as a mere katon ended the summon. Danzo's fuuton combined with Sasuke's enton might be a troublesome combination as Danzo's fuuton will definitely boost enton but I don't think MS Sasuke has the chakra to control large amounts of enton. Eventually Sasuke's susanoo falls to bijuu dama and Danzo runs out of izanagi or Itachi uses izanami.

When Bee goes V1 the cloak pushed from his body so if Bee gets hit by amaterasu then he can get it off, once he's completely covered in V1(which takes no time at all almost instant) all amaterasu and katon based attacks are ineffective.

--Itachi being able to counter amaterasu here means thhat killer bee can go hachibi and fire off TBB barrrages and whirlwinds whilst itachi is on top of hachibi, as the TBB would allow bee to finish sasuke off,,
