Shiki is below those guys.

Shanks > Shiki anyday of his life though they are on the same level.

Shanks & Mihawk are on the same level and so is Shiki,Kaido,Old WB,Old Garp and BM.

There is no such a thing as high Yonko level and low one ,all these guys^^^ are Yonko level.

All admirals as well as FA's should be on same level.

What the hell is Marco doing up there.?

Might as well put Sengoku/Rayleigh at PK tier and pretty much anyone that's weaker those two. Garp is probably stronger than those two, but it's not a fact and nothing says it's more than slightly either. Roger/WB could not only beat everybody but they were also significantly above everyone, which is why nobody should be put next to the level they were at.
