No, you said ''but when he wants to teleport his victim , he has to become tangible'', which is wrong.

Like I said, as long as his eye is visible, he can still teleport the person slipping through him.

False. He has to make contact with his victim. He can't make contact if his body slips through you

I didn't mention FTG , and the summoning part i said was my opinion , but an Izanagi user or another Kamui user can get out of it.
But that's not the point of my thread , i just want to know whats the benefice that Obito gain by teleporting the victim ? since its risky for him too ( he can get hit by the person inside Kamui's dimension if he uses his intangible mode. )
You know i think he can use intangibility in kamui dimension as well. Really, he just dislocates his parts to real world. It didnt work with kakashi cuz there was whole SA to get him.

I dont know if izanami could work as user doesnt seem to control space at will and getting warped isnt really life threatening at first.

But yeah valid point, i wish he just warp half of them to cause real damage, maybe he was pacifist deep in heart lol

Like I said, he needed to touch the object earlier on in the series, because it was simply due to plot. I hate plot. But if it was revealed that he didn't have to touch the person, it would have ruined the fight against Kakashi, Lee and Naruto.

Here, Tobi himself claims that attacking him whilst he absorbs is useless.

As for Konan, and the 5-minute limit, Kishimoto never explained that.

The vacuuming and overlapping are the same thing. They both send objects to the Kamui dimension.

The vacuum and overlap is different. One sends himself the other sends other people. He has not and cannot do both at the same time.

So then why then could he prevent Kakashi from teleporting the Juubi? False? I don't think so.

Besides, Tobi told Gai it was useless to attack him why he was ''absorbing''.

So no mate.

Here's the explanation I found about him going intangible

Either he's completely solid, or completely impervious. While he's in the impervious mode, any object that will come in contact with his body will phase through it, while the body part being phased through will be made manifest in the other dimension. Obito cannot have his head in impervious mode, but arms in solid mode, for example.

This is slightly off topic but it makes sense. To vacuum something he needs to be in his "solid" state.

As to countering Kakashi's Kamui remotely, I guess it's some sort of a unique thing, as he told Kakashi back in the Kage Summit arc that Kamui wouldn't work on him.

Yeah, except that isn't actually stated in the manga.

All we know, is that he sends different part of his body to the dimension. There are no 'two modes'.

If I'm wrong, then show me the scan.

Kamui wouldn't work on him, because he could simply bring it back. Why is that so hard to understand?

If any of you watched "Heroes" D.L. Hawkins has a kamui like skill. He could kill by materializing his body part inside the person's vital organ.

I always thought obito can do the same. He can materialize his hand inside enemy head or heart and kill. Even if the hand gets damaged in return he can use zetsu hand and replace it.

Let me know what you think, cuz i say and why not?

Didn't it still disappear?
Anyways even though obito said that he finished absorbing guys nunchucks before naruto's attack landed. So there's no way to prove what he said to be true.

No it did not disappear.

Whilst that is true, I don't think he would have made such a bold claim, in case the nunchucks hadn't finished absorbing.

The matter of the fact is, they are both the same technique. Lets say, all of Obito's body, but his face, was in the Kamui dimension. He could still use his eye to teleport anything in the real world away. We know he can teleport without touching, as he was able to stop the Mazou from being teleported by Kakashi.

You're not wrong, but you're not right. Obito has already made physical contact while using intangibility.

For those who still wish to believe he needs to touch the object to teleport it, then explain why he could teleport the stakes without touching them.

I'm done with you guys. Believe whatever you want to believe.

If you're going to take all of his words as truth then him implying you can hurt him when he eject stuff must also be true.

And for the obito thing. Well my only explanation is since he already shown the ability to spew out stuff he isn't in contact with from kamui lands (stakes, shurikens etc) all he really did was being it back

Minato confirmed that being touched even for a second would end the fight (at 14 years old while Obito has had 17 more years of experience and training.) This confirms that Obito can kamui faster than even Minato can react and FTG away, and also confirms that FTG does not work to escape the Kamui dimension. Seeing as how Minato also has a contract with the Toads, it seems likely that reverse summons wouldn't work either.

Obito is all but unbeatable 1v1.

there is.. itachi could beat him. obito said it himself. FACT

You're misunderstanding the technique already. He doesn't become intangible, he simply teleports part of his body. If you can see Obito, that means he is not intangible because his body exists in the real world. Technically, to teleport someone, all that needs to exist in the real world is his eye, whilst the rest of his body is in the Kamui Dimension.

If someone punches him in the Kamui dimension, they'll simply slip through him, because his body will be sent back to the real world. The only reason why Naruto/Kakashi could hit him, was because someone was overlapping where his body was in the real world.

Naruto could not hit him at all the only reason Kakashi could hit him is because Kakashi could use his kamui on his Kuni.
