Nel has hazel eyes and short green hair. As a child her eyes are incredibly wide, the canines on her lower jaw are larger than usual, ashe wears a mask make up a cartoon-like skull which sits on the top of her head. A crack runs along the left side of the mask and four teeth on the left side of the skull are broken off. She has a large scar coming down from her forehead to her nose and a crimson line that stretches horizontally across her face below her eyes. Her clothing consists of a simple green gown with a hood which covers her entire body.
When she became older she's a fully-formed curvacious woman with long waving green-blue hair, retaining similar features to when she was a child, including the scar and the crimson line that runs across her face, but her bottom canines aren't quite as pronounced. Her gown is now torn into a skirt and a top, and her skull mask differs slightly, its features appearing sharper and less cartoonish with a pair of curved horns but still missing some of its teeth. A large "3" is tattooed on her back.

As a child, Nel's appearance is in stark contrast to her vocabulary, which contains a number of bizarre phrases and words one wouldn't expect such a small child to know, such as calling her uvula a "throat penis" and referring to herself as a masochist. Grown, She is much more mature, composed, logical, sophisticated, and intelligent than when she was a child. She is also relatively level-headed in terms of how to fight, stating that if one's excuse for a battle is to fight out of hatred, prejudice, or simple competition which is instinctual and animalistic, and that it makes the challenger look "childish," "unworthy," and "not much of a warrior".

Background Info
Nel was born in konoha a year before the rampage of kyubi and when the kyubi rampaged, It claims her parents life which during the ruckus, Ninjas from Kirigakure came to the village disguised as normal citizen then they kidnapped Nel carrying her to the village with the motive of obtaining the Sharingan after she grows up and awakens it.
At 8 Nel learned about her background and how she came to be with here new sibling and their motive, having being a shinobi in kiri and a Jounin, she concluded that activating her Sharingan is the key to her destruction so she trains harder in the wind and water element in which she learns mostly while on mission to other villages, mastering fuuton and suiton with Lili sensei and Sharingdork san though at kirigakure and learning suiton with Leaf sensei at iwagakure, katon with Drizzeh san at kumo. While at this Nel made new friends among which she hones her skill fighting and learning new jutsu from others which happens to be sempais where she learnt and mastered raiton with Selendril san also at iwa.
Having gained more strength and skill, at 15 Nel go against her kidnappers wiping them out before they could do the same to her then she proceeds in activating her Sharingan and joining the force in kiri, Nel plans to use missions, battles and training to become strong and respected.
Hidden Mist Arc
Nel honed her skill gaining 1 tomoe from a master. Akiza being not just her master but also a relative back in konoha no sato helped her to achieve her peak in mastering her KG.
Nel became strong while undergoing survival training in the village hidden in the mist. She was paired with several of her peers in a death match which she prevails. this kills her emotions Little by Little. She uses most of her time in the the Kiri cathedral with Priest. She later had comrades with every shinobi in kiri. she have her katon mastered with Reborn san.
During konoha invasion of kiri, Nel is not well seen in action as she is taking care of another thing when that happens. she was later given the new of how flawed Konoha'a plan was and how they went back home deeply humiliated. It is at this moment she learned and master genjutsu with kiritsugu san.
Kumo's Destruction, Akatsuki Ordeal arc
Kumo became on fire as konoha invaded. kiri's help was requested and Nel was summoned for her first war mission. Very happy, she prepared to do anything for her country even to die. does she have that mind yet?, She retreated when she was almost killed by an akatsuki, it was quite hard escaping though but she was smart enough to pull that off.
