No , not once , that's why we can't call him the strongest human at least in battle , unlike Mikasa or Annie who have been hyped & shown to be skill fighters , but Yeah Levi is the ruler when it comes to the legion , he is number 1 , no one is in that level yet.

He's been a thug until he joined the legion. He surely knows how to fight one on one. In the undergrounds, there are clans and groups and you need to defend yourself in order to be aknowledged by those U_U

What? lol he is way ahead of Mikasa when it comes to taking down Titans, that is strength/combat ability/ speed etc. It makes no sense that he can be so good at that and yet cant handle Mikasa, Reiner etc. in a 1v1 fight. He'd most likely school them easily.
