Kamui has very unique idea not just a jutsu.

via kamui Obito is able to do 3 difference phase

- intangible
- absorb or pull out things other dimension
- teleport himself wherever he wants


Obito vs Konan

He didn't have to use intangability, he could teleport himself but he did not.

If you read manga again, you can easily observe what Obito can do with teleportation.
