In Naruto; stealing power resulted in the will/curse of hatred. However the will of fire was born as a result of using this chakra and all power for the sake of love. Similar to Eve in the bible who is said to brought sin into the world by eating the forbidden fruit and telling Adam to eat the fruit as well, Kaguya also ate the fruit which caused a problem. The curse was initially passed when the Uchiha clan ancestor was envious of his brother when the SO6P chose his younger brother the Senju to rule after him. Rightfully the Uchiha ancestor should have taken the throne because he was the older brother but the father agreed with the Senju's belief in the power of love rather than might.

The reason why the Uchiha get stronger when they steal their own relatives' eyes (ems) is for the same reason why they get stronger by slaying a Senju clan member and obtaining their blood (rinnegan) it is because the curse causes the chakra to sprout in the brain of the Uchiha and makes them seek more of its own chakra and power like the god tree does. The chakra which was stolen from the god tree belongs to both the Uchiha and the Senju and the god tree was the originator of all chakra in the naruto world and its will is to take back what belongs to it. The Uchiha gain most of their strength by taking back the god tree's chakra; Senju (dna), Uchiha (eyes). The Uchiha clan is really under the curse of the god tree which is seeking to obtain all chakra taken by Kaguya and passed down to everyone. The only difference with the bible is that before adam and eve the world was said to live in a perfect state.
Madara understood quite well about the Uchiha's abilities and quite clearly that the God tree was just taking back its stolen powers just the same way that the Uchiha have been fighting the Senju all this time in order to claim the throne.
In all ancient cultures the first born is usually always chosen to pass down the inheritance and authority from the father. It is close to Cain and Abel where God was not pleased with Cain's offering but he was pleased with Abel, and Cain being jealous killed his younger brother. The bible also says that God put a mark on Cain similar to the curse of hatred, which if anyone kills Cain or his descendants; Cain will be avenged sevenfold for the murder.
Let me know what you guys think, I had some more ideas earlier but I have to remember.
