Is BM Naruto not a ninja? I must have missed something. Besides, we are talking about current Kakashi, not Kakashi at the beginning of pt 2 when he was inexperienced with it. BM Naruto's speed > Hebi Sasuke's speed so yes, Kakashi could potentially Kamui Sasuke.

I would however, be interested in seeing a scan that implies Sasuke has the resources to counter the technique. Speed is not going to help him in this case, Kakashi was able to Kamui the arrow of the Susano'o with no problem at all, and even a small nail, both of which were traveling at a great speed. He's not going to run from this technique, and once he's caught in it [Which will happen eventually, if Kakashi resorts to this technique], he won't be able to get out of it. So far, we have only seen Minato being able to escape the technique with an S/T technique, and Obito, who was able to use his own version of Kamui [Again, S/T] to negate Kakashi's Kamui. Sasuke has neither, and as a result, he'll be trapped.

Don't try to use flying as a way for him to avid it, an inexperienced Kakashi was able to rip off Deidara's arm while he was airborne, and now Kakashi has improved the technique to a level where he can warp an entire body in front of a Sharingan user without the user even being able to distinguish the difference between the Kamui, and a clone popping. Sasuke's not getting past this.

Kamui is his only chance, and it's a pretty good one. Sasuke is fast, but Kaksashi is no slouch himself either.

Plus the whole "Sasuke's speed w/o susanoo" thing really doesn't work for two reasons:

1. We've seen Kakashi use Kamui on fast moving targets before (Susanoo arrow, Naruto, Lightning kunai, nail, rocket). The Susanoo arrow is particularly impressive, because it was coming right at him from close range, which means Sasuke would have to be careful how he tries to blitz Kakashi

2. It's really not important whether or not Kakashi catches all of Sasuke with Kamui. Kakashi's kamui is unique as it's been shown on two separate occasions that even if he can't get your entire body, whatever body part he does manage to catch will get ripped off. Both Diedara and the Gedo can attest to that fact. Last thing Sasuke would need is to have his arm ripped off.

But it's no guarentee. Basically with Kamui Kakashi has a debatable chance. Without it he has zero. So I wouldn't say he wrecks current Kakashi, but he's better than him regardless

- kakashi isnt killed before he can use it
-Kakashi isnt placed under genjutsu
-Kakashi is able to locate the correct sasuke

I can't recall Kakashi being caught in a Genjutsu with the exception of Tsukuyomi, which is a high-level MS technique whose caster is well known for his prowess in Genjutsu. Sasuke's Genjutsu level is no where near Itachi's.
