He has Snake Summoning and the ability to Fly with CM.

Also his skills and genjutsu is better than kakashi and could potentialy solo kakashi.

Either way kakashi cant win and kamui doesnt have a change of hittting sasuke, who was said to have the best speed.

Agree with this. And current Kakashi has been getting better and better with Kamui to where it's really starting to become a factor in fights. But without it, Hebi Sasuke would win, he's just too much trouble for Kakashi.

People really underrate this feat of his. Summonings are supposed to be instant, the only reason this summoning wasn't was because the Mazou was being extracted from Obito at the same time. The extraction was very quick though and Kakashi missed it only because it got summoned next to Madara, Kakashi's Kamui is extremely proficient. He's perfectly capable of hitting a fast target with Kamui

It doesn't matter how fast an opponent is, they won't escape Kamui because it is instantaneous. It spawns on the opponent; it doesn't travel. Not to mention Kakashi was able to teleport two Susano'o arrows in succession, if I remember correctly.
