KAKASHI have yet to One shot anybody in the manga, even though the jutsu is capable of doing so. Until Kishi shows that he can one shot someone with Kamui I would not say he beats every character.
If not going by the manga then here's an example how Kakashi can be beat:
Most characters in Naruto can use shadow clones. How many clones can he Kamui before running out of Chakra?
Madara Susanoo Clones.
Harashima clones with Massive Wood Summons.
Naruto Clones are just as tough as the original and have speed features enough to reach Kakashi.
Minato is shown to be able to FTG to his clone, which means he can use his clone as bate to tag Kakashi.
Sasuke Amaterasu Spam to the face.
I love how this guy says"ama spam to the face" but rules out kakashi using kamui( which was fast enough to interrupt summoning jutsu) as fanboying.
Let's face facts. The fastest techniques in this manga are st techs so bs like (said opponent does non st tech before kakashi, minato, obito, tobirama does st tech) should never be debated

2. He is the second person that has outsmarted Obito.

Kakashi said naruto had surpassed him when naruto learnt rasenshuriken and defeated kakuzu but many kakashi fans say that naruto surpassed kakashi once he got bijuu mode
Well I read some of the posts on the first page and some say when Naruto Mastered FRS while some say when he got KM. Both accounts are wrong however. Kakashi said Naruto was even or even surpassing him when Naruto's FRS was about 50%. Naruto master FRS when he mastered SM but his base was also improved in that time period. Base Naruto was handing 2 of Bee's friends, who are Jounins, by himself just fine and I'll post links below.

People say Kakashi Kamui solos but fail to realized that Kakashi can't Kamui about 200 clones coming at him with rasengans. Base Naruto will simply wear Kakashi out, his clones can also be a distraction for Naruto to have a clone use FRS on or close to Kakashi and if he's even near it then he'll get caught into it (it's a huge blast after all).
