Is Orochimaru 4-5 tails level?

orochimaru was getting his ass smacked then, without his hands he is unable to do anything to 4 tails Naruto, at the end of the fight he was at his limit because of the wrong body

another matter is when he would have his jutsus but i doubt that he could handle more than 5 tails. Nagato's shinra tensei was withstanded by Kyuubi 6tails, orochimaru hasn't shown such firepower, only durability which would eventually ended.

I like how u keep saying "minus edo tensei" when you're not taking any jutsu away from naruto to even it out. There is no logical reason as to why oro shouldn't be allowed to use edo tensei in this fight. He obviously wouldn't go into it unprepared, and could have a whole army of edo tensei set up for this fight to help him out. Again, no point in taking away what is possibly oro's strongest technique

That was a summon, which was different. All he needed was blood and chakra, u don't need to do hand seals for a summon

While his body was rejecting him, he countered everything Naruto used and was fighting very comfortably. He even said the battle was fun.
