It's nor approved nor declined, pending means it hasn't been decided yet because he isn't sure if that contract already exists or not.
And it's not because it hasn't been submitted yet to the summoning contract thread that nobody has it. That thread was made recently, so it's possible that still some members need to post their summonings.

Bushido teaches that the katana is the warrior's soul and sometimes a warrior is pictured as entirely dependent on the weapon for fighting. They believe that the katana was so precious that they often gave them names and considered them as part of the living. This practice allows the user to literally become one with the blade during a fight, making their motions fluid, faster and stronger.
This jutsu does not actually have four different versions for ranks - the more experienced and higher ranking a ninja is, the more speed and strength they will derive from the blade. ( +5 for Genin, +10 for Chuunin, etc. )

Taijutsu Kata: Ekitaikai ( Physical Technique Style: Fluid Ocean )
Type: Offensive/Defensive

This fighting style is characterised by focus on calculating the opponent's strikes, dodging with minimum effort and strikes that do damage to a variety of body parts than just one.
The user shapes their chakra into a circle around them, with a radius of five metres. As the opponent or the opponent's techniques travel over this field, they "ripple" the chakra in a particular way based on their direction and speed, allowing the user to calculate the trajectory of the attacks, and hence dodge ( much like a ripple caused when a stone is thrown into a lake )
This style also focuses on multiple damage causing strikes - for example, a hard palm to the heart will cause pain, coughing, as well as possibly a fractured rib.
This taijutsu kata also has weapon utilisation capabilities. The primary weapon is a set of curved swords, though the user can use any weapon they prefer. The user is able to change the angle of their weapon attack midway through the attack, allowing them to bypass the opponent's defenses.

Description: User Makes Elemental clone but with these specialties.
User Can create 2 clones maximum with one jutsu of different elements or same ( its up to user )

1.) I think 1 Or 2 of elemental clone are available that’s why I took all the elements into making different type of clones.

1. Katon Clone: Fire Clone:
This clone is Made up of Fire thus is more resistant towards wind attacks and can perform Fire based attacks more effectively. When killed the clone explodes with 1 meter in radius with fire.

2. Raiton Clone: Lighting Clone
This clone is Made up of lighting thus is more resistant towards Earth attacks and can perform lighting based attacks more effectively. When killed the clone sends electricity equivalent of A rank lighting jutsu.

3. Doton Clone: Earth Clone
This clone is Made up of Earth thus is more resistant towards water attacks and can perform earth based attacks more effectively. When killed the clone shoots Mud everywhere and dies.

4. Fuuton Clone: Wind Clone
This clone is Made up of Wind thus is more resistant towards lighting attacks and can perform Wind based attacks more effectively. When killed the clone sends a wave of sharp wind towards the opponent which is equivalent to A rank wind Jutsu.

5. Mizu Clone: Water Clone
This clone is Made up of Water thus is more resistant towards Fire attacks and can perform Water based attacks more effectively. When killed the clone turns into fairly large amount of water to be used for other water jutsu’s..

Description: The user bites their thumb, and wipes their thumb on any surface. They can summon a white alligator of their choice, as they differ in sizes. These alligators can also use water based moves the user can.

(Kuchiyose: elemento ryuujin)- Summoning: element dragon god

Description: The user summons an elemental dragon into the battle field. the dragon is able to jutsus based on its element and they could fly. the dragon is the same size as gama (except for yin yang. they are half the size and metal dragon)
there are dragons for every element. this like a normal summonin jutsu, the user must bite his tumb and do the hands to summon the dragon and the dragon could some user.
to summon dragon, the user must a sperate contract wit each element dragon. only the god of dragon contract allows the user to summon all the elemental dragons.

god of dragons- the strongest of all dragons. he able to control all the elemental dragons. he has only fire element. the fire from the god dragon is strong as the Amaterasu but the fire can put put wit water (depends on the quantity and volume of the water) . because of his strenght, he does +50 more damage to all fire jutsus

Description: The users first sends his chakra trough the ground (30 Chakra) and will inject it on the ground and underground. In the next turn the user will use the chakra filled earth and will make it converge all in one point with such force that will crush whatever is inside of it (60 Chakra). This jutsu leaves a huge creater on the ground due to the mass of earth utilized. The user needs to send chakra trough the ground and can only use this jutsu in the next turn. This jutsu lasts one whole turn. The user takes 15 damage because he is hit by some rocks and because of the great amount of used chakra. Can only be used once per battle.

Lasts 3 turns, after this, the user’s heart will stop beating. Can only be used once per battle, only in a Kakuzu Bio and can only be used on 1 mask. Must have perfect control over all masks, meaning needs to be at least Kage level.
