That one moment where he went on a rampage doesn't mean EVERYTHING he does is because of Rin.

Rin's death simply caused Obito a lot of grief and rage, and he took it out on those responsible. Obito then became a dark and depressed person, which makes sense because he lost someone he loved.After talking with Madara, Obito concluded that the world had a corrupt system, and that's what caused him his grief and the innocent Rin to lose her life. Obito realized that as long as this system exists, this grief and injustice will continue and exist for everyone else as well. So, Obito decided to follow the Tsuki no Me plan. Basically, Rin's death allowed Obito to see that the world needs to change, and this is how he intends to change it. He isn't doing solely for the purpose of having Rin again, that's just HIS personal benefit. He's doing it to undo this corrupt system.
