Naruto only lost to sasuke once. Reason why naruto lost was becuase he made a promise to sakura that he would bring sasuke back. Whats the use of bringing him back dead? naruto purposly missed his vitals because he didn't want to kill sasuke. naruto on the other hand could handle a chidiro through him because of the 9 tails, sasuke would of died if he got rasenganed.

Plus naruto didn't summon Frogs.

Naruto already saved Sasuke before as well. More times than i can count

-Saved sasuke from haku
-saved sasuke from oro's snake
-saved sasuke from Gaara
etc.
