whose TNJ was better : Hashirama's or Naruto's

They are very similar , their personality, their Will of Fire , their smile , but whose Talk no Jutsu is better ?
1.Naruto's Talk no jutsu Changed Nagato's heart ,the rinnegan user, the man who was trying to control the world ...
2. Hashirama's talk no jutsu turned Sasuke's hate into a weapon to protect Konoha , and he did that without knowing nothing about Sasuke ...


for myself ,I like hashirama's TnJ , he is very convinced for what he says , and the way he does TnJ is awesome

yeahh , Hashi's Tnj is like an entertainment , more relaxing ,while naruto's one is very sad ( but it's more powerful than hashi's , it must be accepted )
