I see no such facts. All obito needs is recover some chakra. He can suppress and absorb zetsu like sasuke did with orochimaru, it will prevent him from dying, he has rinnegan he can mess with madara and his control over gedo. Minato could be useful and give him some kyuubi chakra.
He hasnt redeemed himself yet so there's something left to him.
