My main choices would be Sakumo, Jiraiya and Shisui. Maybe Kushina too, depending on how much of a threat she could pose.

It would have been cool to see a few random Uchiha revived as well. Although none of them would have the Mangekyo, I can imagine they'd be somewhat tough to fight against for the majority of the alliance's forces.
