according to so it seems the current arc(since 657) is now the Return of Madara arc (right after the ten-tails revival)

So i guess Madara's the final threat!

That depends on what you see as danger. Sasuke's solution is still in line with the "dark side" of thinking. He doesn't seem to want to work with Naruto, he thinks only he can save the world like Madara, Obito, and Danzō. That could be dangerous.

That doesn't make Madara the final threat, he is just the threat in this arc.

The final threat will be Sasuke, although that's a very different kind of threat.
