after revisiting whitebeard and his feats thsi guy has become one of my favorite characters in anime.

I mean he took hundreds of hits during the war, while he was half dead and dying!He also beat the shit out of Akainu pulverizing the evil admiral, trashed marines sending them miles in the air, and made many island sizes potholes sprout out of the water.

I think it is safe to say that prime whitebeard at full health could've soloed marineford. I mean it really isn't a stretch in the slightest.

he also reminds of itachi in the fact that both of them pulled themselves beyond death to fuflill their promises to teh ones they loved(itachi to grant Sasuke power, and Whitebeard to rescue ace)

but a little more then that, he loved ace so much that he was willing to die to save him, and remained alive trying to save him. I know he failed, but still you have to give the man credit.

I think that is very possible. the majority of them i know i relate to especailly hinata(my shyness), itachi(my courage to make adult decisions), lelouch(never giving up on my beliefs), shinji(my struggle to find myself), and Shikamaru(my laziness)

so i guess so, but i don't really relate to the others except maybe the alternate universe yuki nagato, but that is about it.

Actually it was stated that Whitebeard was the only one who could match Roger suggesting they were equal and that Garp cornered Roger many times so I think Prime Whitebeard=Roger=Prime Garp

yeah who cares aout what is best for sasuke. instead of doing something humans would do, lets turn him into a psychopath, torture him, drive him to seek out power and kill people for it and then its suddenly morally right to "stay alive for his sake"? this monster he made him into? and give him more power so he cna hurt more people with it?

- torture a 7 year old child
- encourage a child to murder more children for power
- encourage a child to set themselves down a hurtful destructive path of selfish revenge
- commit mass murder, including children and ones own mother, for an obviously corrupt government
- plan to brainwash and enslave their brother to serve said government forever
- torture and then order the murder of a comrade/mentor
- sacrifice the safety of innocent people by doing nothing about major threats, and in some cases way too little
- betray, blackmail and extort his own countrymen
