I feel he won't become the Juubis Jin. I feel the last chapter ended that way to give suspense, but I believe Kishi likes to have you think one thing... then do another. I feel Kishi won't allow it. Unless Madara becomes a perfect Jin, the eye from the tree blooms and Madara immediately casts IT. If not... I feel he wont....my opinion.

Exactly this, if Madara becomes the Perfect Juubi Jin, he doesn't need to wait he can cast the Genjutsu over the world right away, he gets the Ten Tails he wins.

No, the only reason Obito had to wait was because the Ten Tails wasn't perfect.

Something Madara clearly said. If he assembles a perfect Ten Tails, he can start it right away.
