Obito sucks.
But it was more emotional and better handled in the anime. I'll give them props for that, even though they repeated Kakashi gaiden basically.

Why not? Nagato did it when he blew up kanoha. Or he could have even copied it from Muu and Ooniki long ago with his EMS. Wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if he can fly or levitate.
