His Sharingan pre-cog was keeping up with BSM Naruto's sensing so you've got it wrong.

The picture that you showed was the Hokage arriving at the sametime. They did have to plan things out you know.. they weren't simply going to run ahead and do their crap. Minato was the fastest hence he was sent ahead to set up the Kunais, and hence why he arrived first.
