Why didn't Nagato rinnie tensei Yahiko?

He had the power and means to do it and he wouldn't have died cause wasn't it said Nagato died from chakra exhaustion? Could it have been possibly for Obito to revive Rin after he gained Rinnegan?

I think rinne tensei has been retconned since Nagato first used it. think about it, nagato also said it was too late to save jiraiya, yet madara was planning on getting revived decades after he died. Kishi simply changed the requirements for the technique.

This^ Plus Yahiko wanted him to save Konan and flee not throw his life away bringing him back only so the 3 of them would end up dying.

good catch. Didn't notice that little slipup. Wouldn't that be considered a plot hole then? I know how the base hates to hear that Kishi can sometimes make mistakes. he is infallalbe and his story is perfect in every way so it must have been intentional, right? XD

truly now , I think Nagato after used Gedo Mazo, with all those spears in his back , he couldn't fight himself, so he needed troops (deva pein) to use his rinnegan jutsus.which was made possible by yahiko's body ..My opinion , may be wrong ....:eww:
