Sand Manipulation:
Gaara's power over sand allows for a simultaneous use of offense and defense in the midst of battle.
Third Eye:
Can trade his left eye for an eye made of sand that can watch his enemies for him. It is usually used if he is wrapped in his cacoon made of his "special sand", or is far from his enemy.
Sand Armor:
He can completely transform his body into sand, or make a layer of sand, although the layer made of sand makes him slower than what he already is. If he transforms his body into sand using the sand armor skill, he can lengthen limbs. If he makes the layor of sand armor, he is nearly impenetrable.
Special Sand:
The Hidden Sand's Ultimate Defense. It is mixed with large amounts of Gaara's own chakra, and is strong and fast enough to repel Amaterasu.
Sand Shield:
Made completely out of his "Sepecial Sand". The Hidden Sand's Ultimate Defense. Has incredible speed, and is highly durable.
Sand Coffin:
Incases the enemy in Gaara's sand, Special or artificial.
Sand Burial:
Has the power to crush completele limbs, or even bodies for that matter.
Sand Tsunami:
When Gaara is not in a sandy dune, or the Hidden Sand Village, he mixes the minerals in the Earth and makes artificial sand. When he has conjured up enough Sand, he can then use this technique. It takes large amounts of sand to use. The oppnent is nearly cornered in front of a huge wall of Sand. After using this technique, he usually uses Sand Burial

Excellent Strategist:
Battle against Deidara
During the fight against him and Deidara, Gaara easily spotted him out, knowing that there were no birds like his in the Sand village. Being surrounded by sand in his home village, Gaara didn;t need to chase Deidara as he raced through the Village, running from Gaara's many attacks. Gaara was able to control large quantities of sand with ease. With only a small portion of his "special sand", he was able to chase Deidara down and steal his left arm. He was able to quickly make a large sand sheild strong enough to defend the entire entire village from Deidara's C3 chakra. Even as he was nearly dead, he used the last of his srength to push the sand outside of the village.
Battle against the Second Mizukage
While stalling the mirage Second Mizukage, he used third eye to search with pelts of sand for the Second's clam. The clam is what gave off the Mirage, stopping the clam meant stopping the Mirage. Gaara knew that the real body would be with the clam. Knowing that the Tsuchikage had a bad back, he made a sand clone just in case things went a little wrong.
Using his Father's Gold Sand and mixing it with his, he stoppped the Second's mugen bakuha ninjutsu.

Battle against Madara
While in the fight against Madara when he first awakened in Edo form, Gaara was able to control the sand at Madara's feet and puledl him out of Susanoo.
While Madara's meteor was falling, Gaara used large quantities of sand to hold it in place after Onoki and him stopped it together. Using his sand, he survived the two meteors.
While fighting with the other Kage against Madara, he was their quick transport whenever things were bad on ground.
When Madara made clones with Susanoo, it took several of them too break his gaurd, even though he was exhausted at the time.
In the recent chapters, Gaara held his sand in Madara's body. Therefore, slowing him down.

He hid Gold Dust in his own sand and used mugen bakuha ninjutsu's heat to melt the gold dust, slowing the jutsu's movements. The sand made cold by the jutsu's hail stopped the jutsu from exploding, also gold is an excellent heat cunductor, so it just absorbed the jutsu's heat while it tried to explode.. Therefore, rendering the jutsu useless

Ninjutsu and Different Techniques:
Sharingan:
The Sharingan inittially has to powers: Dōsatsugan and Saimingan.
Dōsatsugan (Eye of Insight): The first of the Sharingan's powers is being able to see chakra flow. The Sharingan itself gives colour to chakra, allowing the wielder to differentiate them. They are also able to tell if a person is under a genjutsu because the person's chakra flow would be irregular.
Saimingan (Eye of Hypnotism): The Sharingan's second-most prominent ability grants the user an incredible clarity of perception, allowing them to easily recognise genjutsu and different forms of chakra, though not to the same extent as the Byakugan. This also allows the user to pick up on subtle details, enabling them to read lip movements or mimic something like pencil movements. As the Sharingan evolves, gaining more tomoe, this ability extends to being able to track fast-moving objects before finally giving some amount of predictive capabilities to the user, allowing them to see the image of an attacker's next move from the slightest muscle tension in their body and counter-attack or dodge without any wasted movement. However, even though the user may be able to see an attack or know it is coming, their body may not always have time to react.
The Sharingan's third and most well-known ability is that it grants the user the ability to copy almost any technique that he or she witnesses.
Mengekyou Sharingan:
Sasuke's Mangekyō Sharingan gives him access to 3 different techniques. These include the powerful fire technique Amaterasu,and Susanoo. Using the Mangekyō Sharingan puts strain on the user's eyes and erodes their vision, eventually causing blindness. This can be prevented by transplanting another pair of Mangekyō Sharingan from a close relative, such as a sibling. The newly acquired Mangekyō Sharingan looks like a merge of both eyes and is dubbed the Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan.
Amaterasu:
Amaterasu is said to be "the fires from hell", it is also said that they are as hot as the sun, igniting at the focus of the user's vision. It is capable of burning through mostly anything in their path, even smothering regular fire techniques with ease. Amaterasu is said to never stop burning; even when whatever is caught by Amaterasu is completely reduced to ash or destroyed, it can still continue burning for seven days and seven nights. It cannot be extinguished with water or any other normal methods. However, the flames burn fairly slowly, sometimes allowing anyone struck by Amaterasu an opportunity to remove whatever clothing or body parts have been caught ablaze.
Susanoo:
Sasuke's Susanoo is ared with a crossbow and a sword. susanoo i Sauke's ultimate defense, it being extremely durable. his crossbow has the power to smash brdges in half. It's level of destruction depends on how much destruction Sasuke want it to deal. His sword also holds great destructive power. By smashing the columns at the Five Kage Summit, he was able to bring the whole room down.
Firball Jutsu:
A ball of fire that spouts from his mouth, it's power has been shown busting walls at best.
Great Dragon flame Jutsu:
This jutsu can easily break through a roof, it's limit is unknown
Chidori:
This technique was taught to him by Kakashi. It has been shown breaking boulders, and walls.

Sasuke's taijutsu is somewhat similar to Madara's. Beause of his Sharingan, he's able to copy any taijutsu/jutsu the first seeing it. During the 3rd test of the Chuunin Exams, he copied the beginning of Lee's "Primary Lotus" and made "Lions Barrage".
During his training with Orochimaru, he became a natural at sword style fighting. He was even able to turn Chidori into a sword styled attack.
