Naori sits with her back against a wooden pillar and watches some leaves twirl about in the wind. She wonders what kind of person Barney will be. She only knows what she has heard from legends and outlandish rumors. Nevertheless she keeps her eyes open for a man donning an Akatsuki robe with a straw hat.

Ok, I'm not looking up anything on Wiki or NB so here I go.

The Sharingan along with the Byakugan and Rinnegan are the three great Dojutsu in the ninja world. The Sharingan is a kekkei genkai belonging to members of the Uchiha clan. By enhancing a person's visual prowess the Sharingan grants its users the ability to see chakra flow, perceive motions quicker than a normal ninja, and cast powerful genjutsu with stronger effects than normal illusions. Chakra flow can only be seen by looking at a target with the Sharingan. This is different than chakra sensing where you can sense all chakra in your vicinity. Also the Sharingan is able to distinguish different types of chakra from each other.

The Sharingan develops in 3 main stages. The first phase is an initial activation where the Sharingan is awakened for the first time. This activation is triggered by strong emotions of which most noticeably is anger. Most people experience these feelings at some point during a battle. Upon initial activation of the Sharingan a user's eyes will turn red and 1 tomoe will form in each of their eyes. With the 1 tomoe Sharingan a user gains the ability to see chakra flow and perceive motions slightly quicker than before. By spotting irregular chakra flow the user also gains the ability to see whether they or someone else is in a genjutsu.

Further progression of the Sharingan leads to the 2 tomoe and 3 tomoe stages. At each stage the perception of speed becomes much quicker for a person. At the 2 tomoe stage a user will be able to decipher an opponent's hand signs allowing them to predict their moves. Also gained at the 2 tomoe stage is the ability to break out of even higher rank genjutsu than the 1 tomoe stage. The abilities at the 2 tomoe stage only heighten at the 3 tomoe stage. At the 3 tomoe stage you can copy non-dojutsu abilities of an opponent. Requirements:

The user will need to experience a terrifying, stressful and life threatening situation to awaken his sharingan, which will invariably awaken as a 1 Tomoe sharingan. The user will then have to pass through a training session with a certified sensei that helped him awake it.

Description:

This type of Sharingan has 1 tomoe surrounding the users pupil and is gained at the moment of awakening the Sharingan. It allows the user to perceive motions and see chakra. The user's pupil turns bloody red, and gains an extra pupil, or tomoe within each eye that will surround the original, centered pupil. When active the user now has the ability to track speeds that would only be seen by a higher ranked, more experienced ninja. They also gain the ability to see through visual D rank genjutsu (visual illusions) and can follow the movement of most taijutsu moves done by normal Shinobi, even those faster than the user and the movement of most Ninjutsu, allowing one to be able to react best to the situation. To activate it the user will spend a move of his 3 per turn while he can keep it active throughout the match as long as he has chakra to fuel it.

The force of the impact changes Naori's momentum and she falls to the ground on her butt as a black shred of her robe floats down to the ground. Naori grabs her left shoulder with her right hand which is in pain, but not fatal pain. She stares up at Barney who still has that disgusting grin on his face. Naori wants nothing more than to put Barney in his place, but she is paralyzed by fear and can't move. He anger quells at the fact she is powerless to do nothing in the face of this man.

As you spin to the side to evade my last stab, our eyes connect and it's clearly visible that they're different than before. The eyes are red with a black pupil. The sharingan was activated due to following the instinct of survival.

I already killed your counterpart. Don't make me actually kill you too. Let's take you to the hospital and get someone to heal your wounds.
