If hard work meant anything anymore, Lee would be OP. Have you looked at most top 10 lists? 90% KKG and Jinchuriki users.

Nope. They are still geniuses. They were born into their genius. The hard work I'm referring to are in characters born with nothing who make themselves into something against all odds. Lee is really the only character that fits this description. Naruto used to, but then Part II happened.
