look, people dont rely on others to help them learn photoshop. almost everybody that is any good at photoshop is self-taught. ur just going to have to grow up, and lesarn it urself.
check out some tuts and find out all the features, bot dont rely on others to teach u.

u dont put "an" after letters like p its not on photoshop and its not sc its cs
anyway^^ just read tutorials they are much better then teachers and they dont get mad if u make a mistake xD

exactly^^the truth is that u have to rely to others but not that way,u can just ask em for cncs and help for stuff u dont understand
Why don't you try to do something? And then post it and ask, etc.?
However, a nice idea!, too much time taking though...
...perhaps the Photo CSensei should incorporate the power of a
skype as the medium that transfers information/chakra
through the konoha great web of knowledge (known abroad as i-net) ( xD )
BTW hm just had an idea,
why don't we combine the role-players with the photoshopers??
Role-playing might seem soooo much better if the jutsus are actually on a pic,
like ex. when somebody uses water style - tornado dragon or etc, you post a pic of a waterdragon, not only text?

You don't what to do? Im assuming that you want to learn how to make sigs. First of all, go on YouTube and watch some videos on learning the basics of ps. Once you have an idea of how to use photoshop find a simple tutorial for a sig and try it out. Post here and ask for tips. Keep doing tutorials and once you think you know enough try making a few sigs on ur own from what you've learned. Always experiment with new things and try not to depend so much on others. IMO, there are some things you have to learn how to do yourself to get any good.
