Well the smart thing to do if you don't know a character is to not post, don't tell me what threads I can and can't make.

Plus I know there are people who talk about INFamous, there have been threads about it before.

Smartest thing to do would have been to not create a topic about other characters. Did you read the rules of this sub-forum? It says clearly:

"Only post VS threads about Naruto characters/attacks/clans etc., do not post threads like Grimmjow vs Goku. This is after all a Naruto section" -
