Now, Kakashi may have the eye but he lacks the body of a Uchiha, he doesn't have the stamina to keep his Sharringan for too long, hell... he cannot even deactivate it since it's borrowed...Kamui can be used only a bunch of times(3 at it's best) thdn Kakashi drops down immobilized.

Kakashi is the only character so far that keeps with a normal chakra reserves if it's not the war.
Only the plot got him thus far and Kyuubi, he had to be blind already but w/e.

Sasuke didn't do 1% of what Kakashi did in this war.You need reread the manga, Kakashi has nothing tod o with part 1 Kakashi who was exhausted after using sharingan for few minute and 2 suiton jutsu.The current Kakashi fought for almost 2 days without any help against the swordmens untill the middle of the fight against Obito + 6 bijuus.If you would paid attention , you'd see that Kakashi has one of the best chakra control, and his body get used more after each fight we saw it in the manga, everything is plot in the manga same for Sasuke helped thousands time .

To finish Kakashi will one shot Sasuke instantly since kamui is way faster than all his jutsus.
Even when Sasuke tried to kill Kakashi when Kakashi was still trying to bring him back, Sasuke still failed while Kakashi did not have intend to kill him.

On the one shot game, Kakashi win low dificulty.Sasuke has to survive the fastest mangekyou jutsu which is stated that no defense is possible. His chakra reserves have increased in the war and you only need to go back to the basics to realize why - experience and exercise. Having more of the former increases spiritual energy and the latter increases physical energy which when combined, makes chakra.

In one instance, he can now use Kamui about 5 times before his body needs to rest for a while.

It doesn't need to be necessarily stamina. Improving chakra control has a similar effect - techniques become less chakra-taxing and thus, you can use more of them.
How do I explain it? With something called development. Seeing the size of Gamakichi during the Pain invasion arc and the War arc it's obvious that at least several months have passed. Naruto and Sasuke are not the only characters who improve in this manga.

And seriously, Kakashi would have realized if he suddenly found his Kamui less chakra-taxing or easier to use.
By the way, two can play that game - Obito was stronger in this war only thanks to Kakashi's presence and he wouldn't be able to use Kamui so much if it wasn't for that.

3 times.
