Zabuza has Hidden Mist, Silent Killing, Water Clones, and Water Prison

Hiashi has Rotation and Vacuum Palm

Zabuza has Water Dragon and Giant Vortex Jutsu

Zabuza also is more skilled with Genjutsu according to the data books and has greater physical strength

They are about on the same level

Hiashi is nothing special man, just seems like a Neji clone. If he were that strong he'd be the general of the beach battlefront but he contributed like nothing to that battlefield. If he were Kakashi/Zabuza/Darui level they'd have sweeped that with Chouji/Chouza in like half a day.

That said he does seem like a bad matchup against Zabuza simply because of the air style and Byakugan making the mist (Zabuza's greatest power) meaningless.

It's an unfortunate matchup there but as a whole Hiashi is not on the Kitsuchi/KabutoPTS/KakashiPTS/Darui/Zabby level.

I mean I believe he is on Zabuza's and Darui's level, but definitely not above.

I also thing Kimimaru is being a little overrated here, being above Darui, Chiyo, and Zabuza. I think Kimi rolls with those guys and is not above
