I was expecting that it would be self explanatory, but oh well. Kisame avoids the attack quite easily by, as you say, traversing underground. We see in the scan that it will only crush things above the ground[

]. Kisame is safe below the surface. Right about to come up and throttle the Iwagakure shinobi.
1) I believe Mei loses if they're far away and Kitsuchi has no intel on her. It depends on the conditions but Kitsuchi as the means to do it.
2) Kisame is on a completely different level, he wins.
3) Tsunade can either punch parts of the rock or summon Katsuyu to tank his giant Doton if it comes to that. Tsunade wins.
His Earth Release techniques are on an absolutely absurd scale that Mei simply cannot avoid or escape .

^ The Gedo Statue was in the center of that, imagine if his target were a human being. Look closer at people compared to Earth Release: Mountainous Earth Technique:

What speed feats and/or strength feats does Mei have to avoid or escape that? Her only speed feats are intercepting Zetsu and Madara, in which she had pre-cog. If Mei is targeted by Earth Release: Mountainous Earth Technique, she's going to be crushed.
However, if you don't really think she can't be caught by that, then he can use Earth Release: Moving Earth Core
To trap her underground and then use Mountainous Earth Technique.
Mei specializes in mid-long distance ninjutsu. Water Style is inferior to Earth Style, and Mei's Water techniques are not capable of breaking through Kitsuchi's Earth Defenses.

Lava Release isn't breaking through Rising Excavation.
When fighting Kitsuchi, the entire battlefield is your enemy. It would take either massive strength, top tier speed, or battlefield changing tech's to counter Kitsuch, and Mei has none of those.
I will say that Tsunade and Kisame most likely defeat him.
What I bolded is false. Mei has Hidden Mist Jutsu, a battlefield changing tech that covers great distance and can allow Mei to get close enough to use her acidic mist.
But truthfully, I think close range - Mei wins (Acidic mist GG). Mid range - Either way (depends who makes the first move). Long range - Kitsuchi (She doesn't have the means to escape Earth Sandwich
I agree with this, nothing leads me to believe he can't beat Mei at mid-long distances while his dotons have elemental advantage and more than enough to block her suitons. Lava release can be blocked by doton walls even Ino-Shika somehow did (he can make better naturally) and acidic mist is not a threat from a distance and naturally dispersed in an open area.
Plus she has not mobility/speed feats to avoid something like mountain smash. She can only win in really close ranges due to acidic mist.

Kisame doesn't need the Water Dome though...? And, any earth style jutsu used in an attempt to crush Kisame is useless.

He can turn the earth around him into a fluid state. So, yeah. Unless you propose an earth fist or clone is capable of taking Kisame out... Which is foolish. Then I don't see how you think Kisame loses.
